Can you redesign my existing site?

Yes. We can start from scratch and give you something completely new and different. Or, sometimes all you need is a facelift. If that's the case, we'll take your existing site and just freshen it.

What is freshening?

Freshening a site is taking the existing site and just making it look new or more up to date. Just like you would remodel your home or freshen your wardrobe, you occasionally need to remodel your website. We can make simple changes in colors or fonts, add different base graphics, and do some subtle reorganizing of your menu structure to create a site that looks new.

Can you maintain my website after it is designed?

Yes. Having a website is only the beginning. Your talents are best suited to running your business. Our talents are best used in caring for and maintaining your website for you. In most cases, we handle basic updates within two or three days.

What if I want to maintain my own website.

We can add content management software to your site and teach you to use it. From that point we can remain as your designer and backup help when needed.

What is SEO? Do I need to do anything?

SEO is Search Engine Optimization. Yes, you will have to do some things, and we'll do others for you. SEO is and is not complicated. Some basic things such as keeping your information up to date is easy. Other options include formatting for the search engines to find the site and paid advertising. I'll help you find the options that fit you and your budget.

Can you help me start a Blog or emailed newsletter?

Yes. There are many options for both Blogs and newsletters. We'll help you choose the ones that best suit your needs and help you get it up and running. We can create the design and any other templates you'd like to use.

Do you host websites?

No, we don't host any sites. We can either use your current hosting platform or help you find one that will fit your needs and budget. And we will do all that setup work for you.

Can you connect my website with my social media pages?

Yes. We'll help you find ways to post information to your social media pages and create links back to your website.

Can you help me sell my products on-line?

Yes. Online shopping can be confusing. We'll guide you through the steps needed to successfully setup and run an e-Commerce website. We can work with your existing merchant services company or help you chose the service company that fits your needs.
