Can you help us get started on social media?

Yes. We'll look at your goals and find the sites you need to be on. Then we'll help you create your accounts/pages.

Can you help us post things?

Yes. We'll be happy to. We'll post things for you either as you send them to us on a schedule. You will have to send us what you want posted.

Can you make up stuff to post for us?

No. You are the expert in your business, product or service. We can suggest sources for the information you post, and even help you sort through things that would be more relevant to an online posting.

Can we just send you stuff to post?

Yes. We have a couple clients who send us articles or things they've found/written at the beginning of each month. Then we go in and post them randomly throughout the month. And some others who send things one at a time as they decide they want something to go out. We also have some clients we just coordinate their postings with changes to their websites and/or newsletters.

What if someone responses to a post you handled?

We always suggest our clients watch their own pages/accounts. You should be going on to see what we're posting and to respond personally to any comments or questions. Again, we aren't the experts in your business, you are.

Can we post if you're posting?

Of course! You should also be posting whatever you think needs to be sent out. If you'd like, we'll do the normal things like newsletters or articles and you handle the other things that come up. That's a great way to have a mix of educational information being sent out as well as spur of the moment information such as office announcements, promotions, sales, etc. And it gives you a great way to stay involved in your pages.

Do I have to do all of them?

No. We'll find the one or two best suited to your needs. Then after a while, if you choose to add another one or two, we can move in that direction.

Is there some kind of template or formula we should follow to know what to post?

No. One of the best things about social media is the individuality. We'll help you find what works for you and your business.
